The Educator Development Intensive™ is a private 5-day experience delivered over 2 weeks, designed for beauty professionals who are ready to transition from behind the chair into a leadership role within the industry.

Whether you are a lash artist, PMU artist, esthetician, or beauty professional with expertise to share, this experience is designed to help you build the foundation needed to step into education with confidence.
