The Lash Educator Placement is a 5 day private program delivered over 2 weeks. It is designed for the lash artist who is ready to transition from behind the chair into a leadership role in this industry.

Not everyone who applies will be accepted.

— Teaching guide and curriculum development support. We go through your goals, your structure, and how to deliver a transformative training experience step by step.

— Business strategy and educator mentorship built on 10 years of real experience transitioning from artist to educator.

— Live educator masterclass to refine your theory and elevate your teaching approach.

— 2 case study submissions with personalized feedback directly from me.
